STACY T. SIMS, MSC, PHD, is a forward-thinking international exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist who aims to revolutionize exercise nutrition and performance for women. She has directed research programs at Stanford, AUT University, and the University of Waikato, focusing on female athlete health and performance and pushing the dogma to improve research on all women.
With the unique opportunities, Silicon Valley has to offer, during her tenure at Stanford, she had the opportunity to translate earlier research into consumer products and a science-based layperson's book (ROAR) written to explain sex differences in training and nutrition across the lifespan. Both the consumer products and the book challenged the existing dogma for women in exercise, nutrition, and health. This paradigm shift is the focus of her famous "Women Are Not Small Men” TEDx talk. Her contributions to the international research environment and the sports nutrition industry has established a new niche in sports nutrition; and established her reputation as the expert in sex differences in training, nutrition, and health. As a direct result, she has been named:
One of the top 50 visionaries of the running industry (2015) by DMSE Sports.
One of the top 40 women changing the paradigm of her field (2017) by Outside Magazine.

Unlocking Sustainable Weight Loss: Understanding ACV Keto Gummies
As the world of weight loss continues to evolve, many people are turning to innovative supplements like ACV keto gummies as a potential solution. But do these dietary aids truly work for everyone? To answer this question, let's delve into the science behind effective weight loss and explore how certain combinations can support our goals.
The Missing Piece: How Keto Supplements Complement Healthy Habits
Research has shown that sustainable weight loss is not just about cutting calories or following a restrictive diet. It's also about adopting healthy habits, such as regular exercise and mindful eating (1). By combining these habits with the right supplements, individuals can boost their metabolism and enhance fat-burning capabilities. For instance, studies have demonstrated that adding probiotics to one's routine can increase satiety levels and support weight management (2).
The Impact of Stress on Weight Loss
Another crucial factor in our weight loss journey is stress management. High cortisol levels can disrupt hormone balances, leading to increased hunger and fat storage around the midsection. A study conducted by UCLA researchers found that individuals with high levels of cortisol were more likely to overeat and experience weight gain (3). By incorporating supplements like ACV keto gummies into our daily routine, we may be able to reduce stress-induced cravings and support a healthier appetite regulation.
Balancing Blood Sugar Levels for Women
Women looking to achieve sustainable weight loss can benefit from balancing their blood sugar levels. A study published in the Journal of Nutrition found that women who consumed more fiber-rich foods experienced improved insulin sensitivity (4). Keto supplements, particularly those containing ACV, may also help regulate blood sugar spikes and reduce cravings for unhealthy snacks.
The Science Behind Effective Weight Loss Supplements
When it comes to keto + ACV gummies, understanding their role in weight loss is essential. These dietary aids support a state of ketosis by increasing the body's ability to burn fat instead of carbohydrates (5). This process not only leads to improved energy levels but also enhanced mental clarity and reduced inflammation.
The Benefits for Men: Enhanced Energy and Fat Loss
While keto + ACV gummies have been primarily marketed as female-friendly supplements, men can also reap benefits from their regular consumption. By promoting fat loss around the midsection, these dietary aids may help reduce bloating and improve overall digestive health (6).
In conclusion, understanding how to combine healthy habits with effective weight loss supplements is crucial for achieving our goals. ACV keto gummies are just one tool in this process, but when used correctly alongside regular exercise and mindful eating practices, they can truly work wonders.
