Hi friends! I’m so excited to share the supplements and vitamins I’m currently taking to manage my GLP-1 journey, specifically on Zepbound 7.5 mg. I’ve been vlogging my experience for a few months now, so if you’re starting your journey or just curious, be sure to follow along!
To help with side effects like skin changes, I take collagen (powder and gummies) daily to improve skin elasticity, along with biotin for hair health. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced hair loss, but I take these precautions seriously. For digestion and bloating, I take fiber gummies, probiotics, and occasional cleanses. Constipation is a real issue, so I also use stool softeners and magnesium citrate—though I take caution with that one!
For my energy and muscle health, I rely on B12 gummies, D3, omega-3s, and magnesium. GLP-1 medications can cause fatigue and muscle loss, so I’m making sure to support my body with the right nutrients. I’ve also been taking prenatal and women’s multivitamins, which help with hair growth and overall health.
