At the May 22nd Building Performance Standards Rulemaking Advisory Committee meeting ODOE plans to continue working through the draft rules section-by-section. If you would like, please weigh in on the following questions related to three sections of the draft rules that are on the May 22nd meeting agenda. ODOE will offer separate comment portals as we progress through rulemaking and consider each section of draft rules.
